I sew. Yes and like just about everyone else online who is having their lives taken over by this wonderful hobby, I want to share my discoveries along the way.

I discovered sewing a few years ago and completed some classes on a regular basis. The best part of those classes was the people I met. The ladies whom also shared said class were inspiring and supportive. Whilst as a class we haven’t been together for at least four years, I see them regularly and we still inspire and support one another in our sewing adventures.

Whilst I generally sew in what little spare time I can find at home, I have found the internet to now by my master class with so much information pouring onto the big world wide web everyday.

My sewing space

I am a very lucky lady whose husband understands my desire of a sewing space. I have greatly taken over the spare room with a long table that can sit my four Janome machines. At present I have three along with one underneath so I can have some background Buffy playing along on the computer.

My room has fitted up to four of us sewing. Previously it was a squishy two of us, but my dear husband thought it wise to replace the spare bed with a sofa bed. I can’t say I objected at all. 🙂
